Hi people! XD
I had a fun day with Yuen baking cookies and chocolate!
I reached her house at 11am sharp.
At 1st we thought of buying ingredients before start making and baking them,
but after Yuen consulted her mum via her phone, we didn't have to XD
So... we started by making the dough for cinnamon cookies!
(No need eggs for dough! XD)
However, sadly, our 1st batch...
Not epic fail, but just fail... T_T
It got burned at the 8th minute when the recipe book asked us to bake for 10 minutes...
At least the Cinnamon cookie man is still smiling =D
(Yeah I know, we didn't know the self-raising flour is so effective that it turned into a sumo man instead of the normal gingerbread man size! We laughed at its chubbiness for so long!)
After that, we baked brownies!!! It's the simplest chocolate recipe among the recipes I obtained from the chocolate recipe book from the TARC library hahaha...
And it turned out great!!!
Yum Yum Yum~
(In fact, Yuen ran out of caster sugar, we ended up putting 1/2 of the total required 'g' of sugar! It's less sweet but still tasty!)
