Hi ya people!
How long since I last written anything?
Well, to cut long story short, this month is like a lazy month for me.
I've been staying at home doing nothing almost everyday!
Hmm, besides a few activities that can bring my life back from NO LIFE to normal.
On the 2nd Saturday of the month, I was invited to a baking session by Yuen.
Of course, I'm not the only who was invited. Her friends as well =)
Hmm. Let's just jump to the works of ours XD
Yummy brownies!
It only takes around 4 ingredients, and NO SUGAR ADDED!
LoL, that must be someone's hand who wanna eat 'em so much =P
These are Shilei's cupcakes~
It's so chocolatey it melts my mouth =P
The whole kitchen smells like chocolate I felt like I'm in heaven.
Teddy was so happy he couldn't stand not lying around grinning. lolol
Hmm. After that we had dinner with the guys, at Tayton if I'm not mistaken.
The steamboat broth there is nice =3
And as usual, I packed all the big bones back for my dogs' dinner.
Last Saturday, we meet up with Stephanie~
She was SO SEXY! Wearing a V-shaped neck line shirt,
which is kinda low. I think people can't help but to ogle =P
We had lunch at Levain.
It was my 3rd time there.
And I told myself, I definitely gonna try their macaroons!
And yes I did. I bought some, take-away,
mind you I'm stuffed after eating their lasagne,
And to enjoy them with my mum.
The macaroons are okay, I love how soft but crispy they are,
but their fillings are so sweet my mum refused to take another bite after her first.
I wish I am able to make the macaroons and enjoy them without the fillings.
Those I bought from Levain are so expensive!
It's like twice the price of my lunch there!
This week was Raya week.
And there aren't any plans for my family to go anywhere.
At first we wanted to go to Genting as suggested by my dad,
however upon reaching the highway to Genting,
the toll area was congested with hundreds and hundreds of cars!
My dad took a turn and we went to Ikea instead.
Trolled. At least I get to go somewhere, right?
Just that, I've wasted my phone credit to buy mobile internet for the trip.
Anyway, while walking around Ikea, I spotted a peculiar plant.
For sale.
Ginseng plant?
I'm not the only one who thought of them being peculiar.
Almost everyone who passed by that section nabbed one to purchase!
'Cos some of them really look like human figures.
Well, except the one I took the picture of.
This one looked more like a nasty claw.
Well, that Ikea trip is not that bad,
although we didn't prepare any shopping bag,
bringing home these aren't that bad.
Yum. It's chocolate almond cake. And it left only 1/2. I ate the other.
I'm so gaining weight from this. *whimper*
Alright folks.
That's all that happened this month.
More great news to come after my medical appointment next week.
For KPMG =)
